Mosquitos be damned… we’ve now got a billion Citronella candles creating an inpenetrable barrier around the new & improved tailgate experience.  Not to mention the newly added Miller Lite aluminum pints.

Hard fought comeback win for the Bucs over Chicago, and a “back to earth” reality check for the Packers (plus Al Harris feeling Chris Simms’ pain), set up a great match-up between 2-1 teams this week.  Short tailgate Sunday (got spoiled by all those 4 and 8 pm games), for the 1pm kick… stop by and say hi if you’ve got a quick second.  Al Lopez park, next to The Fat Guys and their obnoxious printed/published gourmet menu, and full liquor bar (which makes us look like rookies).  GO BUCS!

Ahhh the smell of a public bathroom in the morning….

The Butchie Tailgate Experience will be in full swing at the Bucs (go Greise) vs. Falcons (kill that rookie) game this Sunday over at RayJay.
We set up camp in the City Park at Himes and MLK (next to the restroom pavillion)… plenty of food and adult beverages if you wanna stop by on your way into the stadium.  If I’ve passed out on the air mattress in the back of the vehicle please don’t draw on me with a Sharpie… take a Mojito or Landshark out of the cooler, and move along.

If IKE gets here packing the punch he’s building, we here in Central Florida may all know how Tina’s lip and/or eye felt when she struck a bad note in a recording session…

Hardly the name you’d want for a storm bearing down on you, but I don’t get to pick them.
Not wishing ill will on anyone, but Central Florida needs a break after Fay’s lazy trip across the state…TWICE.

Has anyone NOT had sex with Casey Anthony?  Current boyfriends, ex-boyfriends, ex-fiancees, casual aquaintences… the plot thickens.  Word today an Orange County (FL) deputy was probably having a sexual relationship with this girl around the time her daughter disappeared… oh, and she was supposedly living with another guy while trying to escape the control of her parents.
Someone was CRYING out for attetnion… and getting plenty of it by slangin’ that booty around town.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… we need a licensing system for potential parents.  Everyone who fails, STERILIZED… IMMEDIATELY, do not pass go, do not collect fertilized eggs.

Big Tailgate Party at the Bucs/Jags (four turnovers and they still had a chance to win on the last play)… Thanks to Capn’ and Hollywood for the visit; good food, good mojitos, and the end of Fay.
Olympic wrap-up Sat/Sun… USA takes the total medal count (with more possibly to come after they investigate those Chinese pre-school gymnasts).

Never had the urge to watch Dancing With The Stars, but I gotta add it to my DVR this season… Olympic Gold Medalist MISTY MAY-TREANOR will be competing, although sadly not in the same uniform…

Not even a torrential downpour could deny the #1 Women’s Beach Volleball team of Misty May-Treanor/Kerri Walsh-Jennings from repeating as Gold Medalists.  WOOT!  F-Phelps!
Gotta love a team on a 108 match winning streak who battles not only their opponents, but the elements… and emerges victorious!
Now down to business; babies forthcoming for the pair will place that streak on hiatus (assuming they complete the current AVP season without a slip-up)… maybe I’m being selfish, but I’m struggling with motherhood interrupting (and possibly ending) the most dominating team in sports history.  Kerri is all about making another run at the gold, but Misty has problems with the international travel, should she give birth… DAMN MORALITY!

BIG NEWS… I have on good authority there is a DANCING WITH THE STARS/ Beach Volleyball connection coming this season…

…gate.  Join The Capn, Paul Hollywood, and myself for a big ol’ helping of tailgate action at the Bucs/Jags pre-season game this Saturday Night.  We’ll be hanging out at the City Of Tampa public park (Himes and MLK), right next to the restroom pavillion.  Food, games and adult beverages are on the menu… and the good news is, there’s no pool for the Capn to get naked and dive into!  Join us starting at Noon (game is at 7:30pm), or just stop by and say hi!
